About you

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be adaptable, solutions-focused, and enjoy working with a busy team who rely on you as a trusted member and a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.

This opportunity would suit someone with 3–5 years of administration experience, potentially looking to apply their advanced skills in a new environment. Legal experience is ideal but not essential.

You'll also be able to demonstrate:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn

Your role

This role will provide administrative support to a team of lawyers, paralegals and legal assistants.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email communications
Preparing letters, forms, and standardised documentation
Assisting with the preparation of real estate and legal documents
Supporting billing and administrative processes
Maintaining hard copy and electronic document management systems
Providing high-level administrative support across a busy and dynamic team
Managing competing priorities and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
