About the Opportunity
Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, this role provides experienced, high-level administrative and paralegal support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of legal, governance and regulatory activities across the business.
Working closely with senior leaders, 3 days a week, you’ll play a key role in keeping legal processes organised, compliant and running efficiently — acting as a trusted support to the Legal and Risk team.
This role is ideal for an experienced paralegal, legal secretary or legal administrator who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working at a senior stakeholder level.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and paralegal support to the legal team
- Prepare legal documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Maintain legal registers including company records, intellectual property and document control
- Assist with privacy requests and upkeep of legal precedents
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, papers and logistics
- Liaise professionally and confidently with senior executives and internal stakeholders
- Support general administrative activities including travel coordination and team support
About you
- You don’t need a law degree; but you do bring solid experience supporting legal teams or senior executives, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven experience in a paralegal, legal secretary or senior legal administration role
- Strong document preparation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage legal registers, filings and documentation processes
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executives
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
