Join our Adelaide team as a Business Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting project teams, Project Managers, and Directors across South Australia. You'll help ensure projects run efficiently by delivering high-quality administrative support, maintaining accurate project systems, and coordinating key business processes. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects and markets, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and exceptional service.
The Opportunity
- Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring project systems, documentation, and processes are accurate, up to date, and delivered on time.
- Coordinate monthly client invoicing, supplier purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and assist with project claims, change notices, and cashflow processes.
- Support Project Managers with project setup, resource planning, reporting, and compliance with internal systems and procedures.
- Manage travel bookings, industry event registrations, office administration, and respond to shared inbox requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update CRM data, assist with pipeline reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of business administration processes across the South Australian office.

Is this role right for you?
- Experience in business administration within a consulting, professional services, or similar environment, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships across all levels of the business and with external stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to influence teams to follow agreed processes and best practices.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience in CRM, project management, finance, or reporting systems; Power BI knowledge and proofreading skills will be highly regarded.
