About our Role:
With growth to more than 140 fantastic personnel, a vibrant office environment and some great examples of high-quality project delivery we are positively looking forward to further sustainable expansion in our West Perth office in 2026/27.
To facilitate this development of our team we are looking for a Principal level Structural Engineer who can lead buildings projects with autonomy whilst mentoring and shaping more junior engineers and drafters in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
We encourage flexibility in what you work on including a diverse project portfolio and encourage contribution to the ongoing development of technical standards that define our reputation for quality.

About you:

Minimum 12 years' experience.
Proven capability to deliver buildings structures projects within a consulting engineering environment.
Established client relationships within the Perth region is desirable.
Proven collaborative approach to clients and contractors.
Experience in concrete and steel buildings.
RAPT and Spacegass essential.
RAM and ETABS desirable.
Desire to mentor and develop more junior engineers
CPEng Accreditation
