About our Role:
With growth to more than 140 fantastic personnel, a vibrant office environment and some great examples of high-quality project delivery we are positively looking forward to further sustainable expansion in our West Perth office in 2026/27.
To facilitate this development of our team we are looking for a Principal level Structural Engineer who can lead buildings projects with autonomy whilst mentoring and shaping more junior engineers and drafters in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
We encourage flexibility in what you work on including a diverse project portfolio and encourage contribution to the ongoing development of technical standards that define our reputation for quality.
About you:
- Minimum 12 years' experience.
- Proven capability to deliver buildings structures projects within a consulting engineering environment.
- Established client relationships within the Perth region is desirable.
- Proven collaborative approach to clients and contractors.
- Experience in concrete and steel buildings.
- RAPT and Spacegass essential.
- RAM and ETABS desirable.
- Desire to mentor and develop more junior engineers
- CPEng Accreditation
