Site Administrator | FIFO 8/6 ex Perth | Karara, WA

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Want to be part of a high-performing mining operation where your support keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes?

From haulage and processing to site support services, we move millions of tonnes safely, efficiently, and reliably every year — and we do it with a strong commitment to Zero Harm.

We’re now seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Site Administrator to join our Karara operations team on an 8 days on / 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth.

This is a busy and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting operational teams, and takes pride in keeping systems, reporting, payroll, and mobilisation processes running seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the backbone of site administration, you’ll work closely with site leaders, supervisors, employees, and contractors to provide day-to-day operational support across a wide range of functions, including:

Coordinating mobilisation and demobilisation of employees, contractors, and visitors
Managing flights, accommodation, rosters, and site access requirements
Processing payroll inputs, allowances, and timesheets
Supporting production reporting and operational data entry
Raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and processing expense claims
Assisting with maintenance reporting, work orders, and asset records
Maintaining training records, compliance documentation, and safety reporting
Providing general administration support including phones, document control, and employee queries

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative site team and takes ownership of delivering high-quality administrative support.
To be successful, you will ideally have:

Previous experience in a site administration role within mining, resources, transport, or heavy industry
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Payroll and roster administration experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience using systems such as JDE, Kronos, OSCAR, or similar ERP/payroll systems (highly regarded)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety and Zero Harm
