About the Opportunity
Based in Henderson, the Project Administrator will be responsible for providing program support and administrative services. Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with project team members and production, this role supports the delivery of work packs to production, reporting activities, and project coordination.
This role would suit someone early in their career or looking to build experience in project administration.

What’s Involved
- Prepare and issue Workpacks to Production trades, supporting timely delivery against project schedules
- Track Workpack progress from release to completion, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Compile and distribute weekly and monthly project reports, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team, including correspondence, filing, and maintaining registers
- Coordinate project and client meetings, including scheduling, logistics, minute-taking, and updating action registers
- Act as a key administrative contact for project enquiries, directing queries to the appropriate stakeholders
You’ll Need

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

High attention to detail and strong literacy and problem-solving skills

Some administrative, project support, or transferable experience (desirable)

Certificate II in Business/Office Administration or similar (desirable)
