Trainer and Assessor Ageing Support

Global Healthcare Management College (GHMC)

Adelaide, SA 5000

Part-time, Contract

Shift and schedule: Weekend availability, Shift work

Global Healthcare & Multi-skills College is a Registered Training Organisation. Currently, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our dynamic team to deliver and assess the following courses:

CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services
RII50520 Diploma of Civil Construction Design
RII60520 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design

Duties include but are not limited to:

Delivering engaging and interactive face to face training according to training plans
Monitor & support student progress by ensuring comprehensive training planning, professional delivery & required assessment of all registered students
Offer constructive feedback and support to students to aid their learning and professional growth
Conducting practical skills sessions
Maintain accurate and thorough student records and assessment documentation
Assist with industry validation of the program
Possess time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work with timetables
Work with management and other staff to develop strategies to improve the quality of training and assessment

Necessary qualifications:

· Hold the relevant vocational qualification to teach (equivalent or higher)

· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) including LLN units (or willing to proceed for qualification)

· Relevant/current industry experience
