Global Healthcare & Multi-skills College is a Registered Training Organisation. Currently, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our dynamic team to deliver and assess the following courses:
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services
- RII50520 Diploma of Civil Construction Design
- RII60520 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Delivering engaging and interactive face to face training according to training plans
- Monitor & support student progress by ensuring comprehensive training planning, professional delivery & required assessment of all registered students
- Offer constructive feedback and support to students to aid their learning and professional growth
- Conducting practical skills sessions
- Maintain accurate and thorough student records and assessment documentation
- Assist with industry validation of the program
- Possess time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work with timetables
- Work with management and other staff to develop strategies to improve the quality of training and assessment
Necessary qualifications:
· Hold the relevant vocational qualification to teach (equivalent or higher)
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) including LLN units (or willing to proceed for qualification)
· Relevant/current industry experience
