About the role

Are you seeking a professionally rewarding role with a focus on making a difference?

The One Greater Dandenong – Maternal and Child Health Service are seeking dynamic and experienced Business Support Officers with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Maternal and Child Health team on a casual basis.

Demonstrated experience in customer service and administration in a busy environment, along with a focus on quick thinking and solution focussed service delivery should be part of your skill set.

Other Key Skills:

Providing quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Manage a workplace that includes call centre and data entry responsibilities
Sound interpersonal skills and the capacity to work with others
Clear understanding of privacy and confidentiality.

About you:
We are seeking successful applicants that have:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience using Microsoft products including word, excel, power point and the ability to learn new computer data base system.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with the current Maternal and Child Health database - CDIS
Ability to work in a culturally diverse workplace
Developed skills in written communication to enable preparation of routine correspondence and reports.

You may be required to undertake practical testing, work preference profiling / psychometric testing, functional capacity assessment (physical) or aptitude testing.
