- • Develop and embed a structured, scalable change management framework aligned to complex technology-enabled transformation programs.
- • Partner with program and project teams to integrate change management activities into system implementation lifecycles, ensuring alignment with project delivery milestones.
- • Build organisational capability to lead and sustain change within a digital and data-driven operating environment

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation or core systems renewal programs, preferably within complex or public sector environments.
- Proven experience supporting the implementation of enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, finance, HRIS, CRM platforms), including system rollouts or upgrades.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change integration within technology-enabled projects.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
