About the Opportunity

Picture Perfect Audio Visual is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate or Undergraduate Digital Marketing & Online Presence Officer to help manage and grow our digital presence.

This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate or final-year university student looking to gain practical experience across digital marketing, website management, SEO, social media, and business development. We are particularly interested in candidates studying at The University of Queensland (UQ) or living in the St Lucia and surrounding Brisbane areas, due to the location of our office and the collaborative nature of the role.

This position offers hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing and digital functions, providing an excellent foundation for a career in digital marketing, communications, business, or technology.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Online Presence

Assist in maintaining and updating the company website.
Upload and manage project case studies, news articles, and content updates.
Monitor website performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Assist with website content optimisation and user experience improvements.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Support implementation of SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Assist with local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile management.
Monitor website rankings and search performance.
Help prepare SEO performance reports.

Social Media Management

Create and schedule social media content.
Assist in managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Develop engaging content showcasing completed projects and company achievements.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to enquiries when appropriate.

Content Creation

Write blog posts, project case studies, newsletters, and website content.
Create simple graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms.
Assist with photography and video content from completed projects.
Ensure content aligns with company branding and messaging.

Digital Marketing Support

Assist with email marketing campaigns.
Support Google Ads and social media advertising activities.
Help develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
Research market trends and industry developments.

Reporting & Analytics

Track website traffic and campaign performance.
Assist in preparing monthly marketing reports.
Identify opportunities to improve digital engagement and lead generation.
