About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our growing aesthetic clinic in Sydney CBD. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our digital presence across social media and our website, creating engaging content, supporting Meta advertising campaigns, and helping improve our online visibility through digital marketing and basic SEO. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both content creation and performance-driven marketing in a fast-growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the clinic's digital presence across social media and the website, including content planning, publishing and basic SEO optimisation.
- Create engaging photo and video content, including filming and editing short-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Support and optimise digital marketing initiatives, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, performance monitoring and lead generation.
About You
- At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation.
- Has experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts, with a basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Is confident creating and editing engaging photo and video content for social media.
- Is creative, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent communication skills and a strong eye for branding and visual aesthetics.
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience working in an aesthetic clinic, beauty, skincare or cosmetic industry.
- Mandarin Speaking!
- Have experience with RedNote
