Why this role matters
This is primarily a field-based merchandising role. You will be on the road across NSW most of the week — visiting gyms, workplaces and wellness hubs, physically merchandising our smart fridges, managing product ranging, and making sure every location looks and performs like a premium retail channel. Warehouse operations are part of your weekly rhythm. You will start some mornings picking and packing orders before heading out on your run. You will bring the same standard to the warehouse that you bring to the field — organised, efficient, and done properly. This is not a desk job, and it is not a standard warehouse role. It is an active, field-first position for someone who understands FMCG execution, takes ownership of their territory, and wants to be part of a business that is genuinely building something.
What you will be responsible for - Core Responsibilities — Field Merchandising & Site Servicing
Customer Site Servicing You will be the primary person on the road servicing our partner sites across NSW — gyms, workplaces and wellness locations. Regular, scheduled visits to replenish, merchandise and maintain our smart fridges. You will build strong working relationships with site managers and teams, and you will be the face of Health on Tap in the field.
Fridge Merchandising You will physically merchandise our fridges at every site — facing, rotating and replenishing product to brand standards. Every fridge should look full, clean and compelling. You will take ownership of that standard at every location, every visit.
Pick and Pack On warehouse mornings, you will pick and pack daily orders accurately and on time, ensuring all outbound stock is correctly prepared and ready for the day's runs.
Product and Range Coordination You will take ownership of what goes into each fridge. By understanding the sales performance of each site, you will coordinate the right product mix to maximise sell through, minimise waste and keep the range fresh and relevant. You will work closely with the business owner to make range decisions and implement changes at the site level.
Stock Optimisation You will monitor stock levels across all partner sites and the warehouse, staying ahead of replenishment needs before they become shortfalls. Regular stock counts, inventory reconciliation and proactive communication on any discrepancies.
Brand Optimisation You will be our eyes and ears in the field. You will ensure every fridge and every site presentation meets our brand standards, and you will proactively identify opportunities to improve visibility, product positioning and ranging at individual locations.
Route Planning Ensuring all customer are serviced frequently and to a high standard. Planning routes and schedules as we grow.

Who will do well in this role
This role will suit someone who has worked in FMCG, field merchandising, retail execution or brand representation — and who wants a role with genuine variety, ownership and the opportunity to grow with a business that is moving fast.

- Experienced in field merchandising, FMCG, retail execution or a similar hands-on field role
- Comfortable being on the road most of the week and in the warehouse on others

- Confident driving regularly across metro and regional areas of NSW
- Friendly and professional when dealing with site managers, gym teams and clients
- Detail-oriented and motivated to keep every fridge looking clean, full and on-brand
- Comfortable using apps and digital tools to update records and manage tasks in the field
What you will need
Essential:
- A full, unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- Experience in field merchandising, FMCG, retail execution or a similar field-based role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable with app-based workflows and mobile technology
Highly Regarded:
- Experience managing product ranging, planograms or fridge/shelf merchandising
standards
- Background in health, wellness, fitness or convenience retail
- Familiarity with stock management, inventory control or basic procurement
