We currently seek a motivated and professional Territory Manager to join our team based in Unanderra. Reporting to the General Manager – Business Development, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing business within an established territory covering the Illawarra, South Coast, Riverina and ACT regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an established customer portfolio
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct regular customer visits throughout the territory
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve agreed sales and business development targets
- Prepare quotations and provide technical product solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal sales and customer service teams
Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience in a field sales or business development role
- Background in hydraulics, pneumatics, fluid power, engineering, industrial technology or a related industry is advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a regional territory
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service
- Self-motivated with strong planning and organisational skills
- Current driver's licence is essential for this role
