VHire Recruitment is looking for passionate early childhood professionals for opportunities across the Albury-Wodonga region.

We're looking for Certificate-qualified Educators and Diploma-qualified professionals who know that working with young children is equal parts rewarding, challenging and occasionally a little chaotic — and wouldn't have it any other way.

If you enjoy watching children discover something for the first time, building genuine relationships with families and being part of a team that supports one another, we'd like to hear from you.

What we're looking for

Certificate III/IV Educators

Certificate III/IV or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent.
A little experience goes a long way. Ideally 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an early childhood education and care setting.
A genuine interest in children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Diploma-qualified Educators

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an approved equivalent.
Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in an early childhood setting.
Confidence contributing to programming, observations and children's learning experiences.

For all candidates:

A current Working with Children Check relevant to the state of the role, or willingness to obtain one.
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification, where required.
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valid Australian working rights.
