THE ROLE
You'll run your OWN daily schedule across Sydney — residential and commercial service, fault finding, installations, and compliance upgrades. You're trusted to manage your day, represent the business professionally, and deliver quality work on every job. Full job details and customer info land before you arrive — NO surprises.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Company vehicle fully kitted with a fuel card — you're NEVER out of pocket

- All overtime paid at applicable rates

We run PROPER systems — digital job booking, clear job briefs, and solid admin support. Reporting and invoicing is done through our app — straightforward, no pen and paper. You'll always know exactly what each job involves before you turn up.
We're a well-established, growing electrical business based in Prestons with a strong reputation, excellent Google reviews, and reliable workflow from facilities and property managers. We're growing through 2026 and beyond — the right person joins us now and grows with us.
WHAT WE OFFER
- $35–$55 per hour based on experience — reviewed at 90 days
- $6,000 sign-on bonus
- Sales commission — spot and close additional work on site and earn more, with NO cap
- Paid training, CPD, and licence support — we invest in our team, THAT MEANS YOU

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We welcome two types of applicants:
Licensed A-Grade Electricians:
- Current NSW A-grade electrical licence
- 3+ years experience in residential and commercial service and maintenance
- Strong fault-finding ability, able to work independently
OR 4th-Year Apprentices nearing completion:
- Currently in your 4th year and close to your A-grade licence
- Strong trade foundations and a drive to grow into a senior role

- Comfortable using smartphone-based job management software
- Able to spot and present additional work opportunities to customers on site
