ABOUT AUSLEC ELECTRICAL SERVICES
We are a well-established and growing electrical business based in Prestons, servicing residential and commercial clients across Sydney City, Inner City, Western and Southern Sydney. We have built a strong reputation through quality workmanship and excellent Google reviews, and we have consistent, reliable workflow from facilities managers and property managers.
We run proper systems — digital job booking, clear job briefs, and solid admin support. You will know exactly what each job involves before you arrive. Reporting and invoicing is done through our app — straightforward, no pen and paper.
We are growing through 2026 and beyond. The right person joins us now and grows with us.
THE ROLE
You will run your own daily schedule across Sydney — residential and commercial service, fault finding, installations, and compliance upgrades. You are trusted to manage your day, represent the business professionally, and deliver quality work on every job.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Full job details and customer information provided before you arrive — no surprises
- Company vehicle fully kitted with fuel card — you are never out of pocket
- All overtime paid at applicable rates
WHAT WE OFFER
- $35–$50 per hour based on experience — reviewed at 90 days
- $6,000 sign-on bonus
- Sales commission — identify and close additional work on site and earn more, with no cap
- Paid training, CPD, and licence support — we invest in our team
- Monthly team events — a good crew with no politics
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We welcome two types of applicants:
Licensed A-Grade Electricians:
- Current NSW A-grade electrical licence
- 3+ years experience in residential and commercial service and maintenance
- Strong fault-finding ability, able to work independently
OR 4th Year Apprentices nearing completion:
- Currently in your 4th year and close to your A-grade licence
- Strong trade foundations and a drive to grow into a senior role

- Able to spot and present additional work opportunities to customers on site
