Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor looking for your next career opportunity?

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused and professional Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy and growing Service Department in Midland.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent the trusted Mitsubishi brand while working within a dynamic multi-franchise Service Department supporting a portfolio of leading automotive manufacturers.

You will be joining the team at an extensively refurbished automotive facility, providing a modern and professional working environment. The broader facility features contemporary showrooms representing Mitsubishi and other leading automotive brands, a premium used vehicle showroom, and dedicated café and customer lounge areas.

As a key link between our customers and workshop, you will play an important role in delivering a high standard of customer service, building long-term customer relationships and contributing to the continued success of the Service Department.

The Role

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Providing a professional and welcoming experience for customers visiting the Service Department
Listening to customer concerns and providing appropriate recommendations regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
Managing service bookings and ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently
Liaising closely with Technicians to obtain accurate information, estimates and expected repair timeframes
Keeping customers informed throughout the servicing and repair process
Providing professional advice regarding recommended maintenance, repairs and genuine manufacturer products
Building strong and long-term relationships with customers to support customer satisfaction and retention
Identifying appropriate opportunities to recommend additional products and services that add value to the customer's vehicle ownership experience
Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensuring repair orders, invoices and associated documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Working collaboratively with the wider Service Department to achieve operational and customer service objectives

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
Excellent listening, problem-solving and organisational skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy and fast-paced environment
A professional, proactive and positive approach to work
Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
The ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships
Sound commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to add value for customers and the business
Strong computer literacy
A current and valid WA Driver's Licence

Previous experience working with Mitsubishi or another automotive manufacturer will be highly regarded; however, it is not essential.
