Tesla is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our world-class service team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering an exceptional experience while supporting some of the most advanced electric vehicles on the road. What You'll Do-
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins with professionalism and urgency

Return missed calls and emails promptly to ensure no customer is left waiting

Assess whether issues can be resolved remotely via phone or the Tesla app, escalating to the Service Manager where required

Accurately log customer concerns and vehicle data into Tesla's internal systems

Guide customers through repair summaries and process transactions clearly and efficiently
-
Provide customers with realistic completion timeframes and proactive updates throughout the service process

Coordinate vehicle delivery or collection to suit each customer's needs

Follow up post-service to confirm customer satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns
What You'll Bring-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions

Genuine interest in electric vehicles and emerging automotive technologies

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Confident managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate records

A collaborative team player who contributes to shared goals

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the broader MS Office suite

Experience in retail customer service is preferred; automotive experience is a bonus

Current, valid driver's licence with a clean driving record and a minimum of two years' driving experience
