About the Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor at Esplanade Hotel Fremantle, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our vibrant outlets. You'll lead, train and coordinate our F&B team while maintaining the high service standards our guests expect, all within one of Fremantle's most iconic hotels.
Key Responsibilities

Anticipate and attend to guest needs immediately, delivering superior food and beverage service across all outlets.
Supervise, train and coordinate food and beverage attendants and team leaders.
Manage rosters and timesheets, ensuring efficient scheduling across multiple outlets.
Mix a range of sophisticated cocktails and beverages to established hotel standards.
Maintain full knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage policies, procedures and product range.
Ensure all areas are stocked and maintained in accordance with established par levels.
Uphold all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) guidelines and cashiering procedures.
Protect and maintain all operating equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
Complete all assigned opening and closing duties and attend all scheduled meetings.
Provide assistance to other departments or outlets when required.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, multi-outlet setting.
Strong product knowledge across food and beverage, including cocktail preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
Confidence managing rosters, timesheets and day-to-day operations.
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
Flexibility across mornings, evenings and weekends.
