In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Be physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining the presentation, setup, and cleanliness of dining areas.
- Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexible availability to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- For breakfast operations, availability to work early morning shifts is essential.
- Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one, where required.
