Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Houseman / Housekeeper / Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

This role is suitable for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, is hands-on with basic maintenance tasks, and can support the daily operation of a busy serviced apartment hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning guest rooms and serviced apartments to hotel standard
Making beds and refreshing rooms
Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common areas
Replenishing amenities and supplies
Assisting with linen, rubbish removal, and housekeeping trolleys
Cleaning and maintaining public areas, corridors, car park, and back-of-house areas
Assisting with basic maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, touch-up painting, replacing light bulbs, tightening fittings, and reporting defects
Supporting room checks and ensuring rooms are ready before guest arrival
Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
Assisting the team with other duties as required

About You:

Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hotel, or maintenance experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
Good attention to detail
Able to complete basic hands-on maintenance tasks
Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
