We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Houseman / Housekeeper / Maintenance Assistant to join our team.
This role is suitable for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, is hands-on with basic maintenance tasks, and can support the daily operation of a busy serviced apartment hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning guest rooms and serviced apartments to hotel standard
- Making beds and refreshing rooms
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common areas
- Replenishing amenities and supplies
- Assisting with linen, rubbish removal, and housekeeping trolleys
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas, corridors, car park, and back-of-house areas
- Assisting with basic maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, touch-up painting, replacing light bulbs, tightening fittings, and reporting defects
- Supporting room checks and ensuring rooms are ready before guest arrival
- Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
- Assisting the team with other duties as required
About You:
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hotel, or maintenance experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
- Good attention to detail
- Able to complete basic hands-on maintenance tasks
- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
