We our looking for our first Produce Designer.

What you'd be doing in this role

Work closely with our Founders and Product/Engineering teams to create excellent user experiences throughout the Hampr platform;
Run or participate in user testing, concept validation and feedback sessions, turning insights into actionable, data-informed design decisions that balance user needs and business goals;
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and other Designers to shape roadmap priorities, define success and present work clearly to build stakeholder alignment and confidence;
Visually communicating design solutions using sketching, whiteboarding, or other low-fidelity design techniques;
Prototype and build interactive experiences, animations, video, audio, graphics and media;
Design interactions and workflows that go into creating the simple-but-powerful experiences; and
Prototype expected user experience using multimedia software tools. Validating their designs using appropriate user testing techniques.

You're probably a match if

You have 4 years+ end-to-end Product Design Experience (ideally in the B2B space). You've designed and shipped multiple products or features across various platforms.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing. You're skilled in turning the outcomes into data to drive your design solutions.
You're happiest when working closely with other Designers, Engineers and Product Managers. You value feedback and brainstorming ideas.
Problem-first mindset. You're obsessed with identifying gaps/opportunities and enjoy deeply investigating ambiguous problems.
You create clarity through your communication by making complex things simple. You can confidently present your ideas and tell a compelling story to the broader team.
Stakeholder Management. You build trust with your teams and know when to bring the right people together to achieve common goals.
Interaction Design Experience. You're able to use the appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work
