The Role:
We are looking for an experienced cabinet maker to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing and assembling custom projects, including cabinets, vanities, and other built-in furniture.
- Operating woodworking machinery, hand tools, and CNC equipment.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensuring quality control and maintaining high production standards.
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborating with the production team to optimize processes and workflow.
- Adhering to workplace safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar cabinet-making role.
- Relevant Cert. III qualification or 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and plans.
- Experience with CNC machinery (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
