The Vibe at Schoolola
We're not your average tutoring centre. At Schoolola, we mix structure with sparkle - delivering high-quality education in a fun, friendly, and safe environment. We're supportive, organised, and driven by purpose, but we also laugh, cheer on our students (and each other), and believe good vibes are part of great teaching.
Love kids, learning, and the satisfaction of a lightbulb moment? Join a centre where education meets inspiration, and tutors are valued as people, not just staff.
Whether you're a university student, a teacher-in-training, or a seasoned tutor/ teacher, if you're passionate about learning and want to grow with a fun, supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
Our Values
Joy Back Into Learning
We never shame, humiliate, or pressure students. Just warmth, patience, and a bit of gentle humour, always.
Student First
Every child has a voice here. We include them, ask for their input, and protect their confidence at every step.
Skills For Life, Not Just Exams
We're growth-focused. We're not delivering a verdict - we're starting a journey.
About the Role
You'll be tutoring students from Kindy to Year 8 in English, Maths, and exam preparation - but don't worry, no lesson planning required. All materials are provided, complete with step-by-step tutor guide booklets, comprehensive online Training academy & 1:1 mentoring, so you can focus on delivering great lessons and building student confidence.
Your role also includes a bit of marketing sparkle - answering phone calls, speaking with new families, and representing the Schoolola vibe with warmth and enthusiasm. We want someone invested in the success of the centre, not just the classroom.
