About Victory Windows and Doors

Victory Windows and Doors is a Wallan-based aluminium window and door company working across residential and commercial projects. We take pride in manufacturing quality aluminium windows and doors, delivering reliable service, and supporting builders, developers, and homeowners with strong project outcomes.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Fabricator to join our team on a casual basis.

The Role

This is a casual position based in Wallan, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

This role is suited to someone with experience in aluminium window and door fabrication who can work accurately, follow instructions, and produce high-quality work.

You will be responsible for fabricating aluminium windows and doors to project specifications, working closely with our production team to ensure products are completed to a high standard and within required timeframes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Fabricate aluminium windows and doors according to specifications
Cut, assemble, and prepare aluminium frames and components
Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely
Check measurements and ensure accuracy during fabrication
Maintain quality control throughout the production process
Keep the work area clean, organised, and safe
Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Skills and Experience

Previous experience fabricating aluminium windows and doors is preferred
Ability to read measurements, drawings, and work instructions
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using fabrication tools and machinery
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of aluminium window and door systems will be highly regarded
