Role: House Supervisor – Intensive Therapeutic Care
Location: Wagga Wagga | Permanent Full-Time | Flexible work-life balance.

CatholicCare’s Permanency Support Program is opening new homes for Young People and we want passionate leaders to be part of our success story!

As part of our growth, we’re inviting passionate Leaders to join our very new Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) house at Wagga Wagga on a full-time permanent basis. This is your opportunity to take your leadership career to the next level.

As a House Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of a trauma-informed, healing-focused environment—guiding a dedicated team of Youth Workers and supporting young people who’ve experienced significant adversity. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be a mentor, be a role model, and a catalyst for positive change.

We provide flexible working options where 3 days of the week will be spent in the allocated house, and 2 remaining days can be worked from home or remotely. Participation in periodic 24/7 on-call support is required.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise daily operations of a therapeutic residential home.
Mentor and coach Youth Workers and foster professional growth.
Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance in line with child protection and safety standards.
Collaborate with Therapeutic Specialist & Case Manager to deliver therapeutic case plans.
Any other ad-hoc duties as directed by your Manager in line with the job responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring:

Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Social Science, Welfare, Psychology, Health, Education, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
2+ years managing or leading teams in an Out-Of-Home-Care setting.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, child protection and crisis management.
Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and own car.
