Your Role
In this role, you will supervise, coach, and uplift a passionate team of support workers dedicated to providing high-quality, dignified care to children and young people (CYP) with complex needs.
You won't be navigating this alone. With direct mentorship from an experienced Service Manager, you will have the strategic backing and resources necessary to help CYP achieve their individualised goals and confidently navigate their own futures.
What You Need to Succeed
Inspiring Leadership: High emotional intelligence, advanced leadership traits, and excellent conflict-resolution skills.
Targeted Experience: A history of successfully supporting individuals dealing with complex needs, mental health challenges, or behaviours of concern.
Qualifications: A Diploma in Disability, Community, or Children’s Services; currently studying towards a relevant Bachelor's degree; or identifying as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
