Property Manager (Portfolio Manager)

About Upside Ave

Upside Ave is a growing property management business specialising in multi-occupancy / rooming accommodation and residential investment properties across Brisbane.

We’ve built strong systems and processes and are continuing to expand our portfolio. As we grow, we’re looking for a capable Property Manager to join our team and help manage the next stage of that growth.

Our goal is to build a stable, high-performing team where people can develop their careers over time. We value professionalism, collaboration and people who take pride in doing their job well.

The Role

This is a Portfolio Property Manager role responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing landlord and tenant relationships
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Handling arrears management and lease renewals
Managing tenancy matters and communication
Overseeing the overall performance of your portfolio

You will not be responsible for routine inspections or leasing, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio and clients effectively.

Occasional outgoings may be required and a car is provided when travel is needed.

The role is full-time and office-based in Capalaba, with properties located across the wider Brisbane area.

Experience with rooming accommodation or multi-occupancy properties is highly regarded but not essential.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in property management
Is organised and able to manage a portfolio responsibly
Communicates well with both landlords and tenants
Takes pride in providing a good service to clients
Wants to continue developing their skills in property management

Remuneration

Salary package will be negotiated based on experience and capability.
