We’re seeking an experienced Paid Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and take end-to-end ownership of paid social advertising and influencer marketing. This newly created role combines commercial performance, creative testing and creator partnerships to drive reach, qualified traffic, sales and return on investment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Social Media Content teams to align paid activity, influencer campaigns and organic content with the retail calendar, marketing plan and broader social strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own paid social strategy, implementation, optimisation and reporting across Meta, Pinterest and TikTok.
Manage campaign structures, audiences, bidding, placements, product sets, tracking requirements and platform governance.
Create and manage monthly paid media budgets, daily pacing, forecasts and budget reporting.
Brief and manage social-first ad creative, test variants and turn performance insights into clear creative direction.
Manage Commerce Manager, product feeds and product sets to maintain accurate paid placements.
Lead annual influencer planning, agency briefs, creator selection, negotiations, work-in-progress meetings, content approvals and whitelisting.
Source and manage UGC creators, including briefs, contracts, usage rights, approvals and asset delivery.
Deliver weekly paid and influencer reporting, including campaign performance and product sales impact.
Manage platform, agency, creator and internal stakeholder relationships.
Stay current with platform changes, creator trends and measurement developments, translating them into practical roadmap recommendations.

ABOUT YOU

You will bring:

4+ years’ experience in paid social and/or influencer marketing, ideally within retail or eCommerce.
Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets across Meta, Pinterest and TikTok.
End-to-end influencer campaign experience, including agencies, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, usage rights and paid amplification.
Experience working for a retail brand where sales and qualified traffic are key outcomes.
Expert knowledge of paid social platforms, ad managers and commerce/product-feed tools.
The ability to brief and evaluate social-first creative and turn performance data into actionable direction.
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and keyword research.
Excellent commercial reporting, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
A commercially minded, autonomous and detail-focused approach, with a genuine interest in brands, products and consumer behaviour.
