Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll serve as the backbone that supports our digital marketing agency. While you don’t need to be an expert in digital marketing (but it’s HUGE plus), you DO need top-notch managerial and organisational skills.

You’ll know our agency at every level, and you’ll be involved in everything from operational strategy to staffing to compliance. This is a challenging, demanding role and the right fit will be an exceptional problem solver who will do whatever it takes to help us achieve our goals.

What You’ll Do

Lead the daily operations, ensuring that our agency runs like a well-tuned machine.
Live and breathe our values.
Collaborate closely with senior management to transform strategic plans into actionable goals.
Mentor and manage our exceptional team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our agency services, maximising client satisfaction.

Requirements

What You’ll Need To Bring To The Table

Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
Strategic Acumen: Capacity to turn visionary goals into everyday operations.
Organisational Skills: The more plates you can spin, the better.
Tech Literacy: You should feel at home with modern tools and software.
Financial Understanding: You can translate budget lines into strategic decisions.
Management Experience: At least 3 years in a relevant management and leadership role is essential.
