As an AI Governance & Operations Lead, your key responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and emerging technology initiatives, from discovery and design through to deployment, optimisation, and ongoing support.

Leadership in maintaining the highest standards of performance, efficiency, and user satisfaction across AI and emerging technology initiatives.

Work closely with business stakeholders, ITS, and leadership and executive team to ensure that AI and technology solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver tangible results.

Contribute to the creation and management of relevant change management processes and governance for the Chisholm technology solution and roadmap.

Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI technologies.

Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring smooth communication and feedback across departments to achieve the highest service outcomes.

Maintain a respectful, and safe environment free from violence & aggression, bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with substantial experience in: technology implementations, with experience including but not limited to expertise in various implementation methodologies, software platforms, and hardware systems and the ability to manage risks and navigate challenges; in building, deploying, configuring, supporting and governing Microsoft copilot solutions across M365 and power platform solutions; in designing, provisioning and governing power platform environments for copilot agent and solution development in enterprise environment including setting up security roles; in automating agent and solution deployments for operational efficiency (CI/CD); and in supporting Copilot rollout, adoption, or enablement initiatives.
You will have an understanding of Victorian Protective Data Security Framework (VPDSF) and Essential 8 frameworks; developing policies and governance; implementing, monitoring, audit logging, detect issues and risks; Building and integrating AI solutions; develop and execute technology roadmaps; manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships; stakeholder management, especially in translating complex technical ideas into business value; excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills and the ability to innovate, learn, and mentor within technology teams.
Qualifications required for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
