Role: Senior Educator - Educational Leader

Location: 89-91 Liberty Ave, Rowville VIC 3178

Centre: Goodstart Rowville - Liberty Avenue

Employment Type : Full Time, 12-month Fixed-Term

Pay: $41.47- $43 p/h + $2.81 Educational Leader Allowance + Super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Rowville Liberty Avenue:
60-place centre in a quiet Rowville location, near Wellington Village.
Four spacious, age-based learning environments - Nursery, toddler, and two funded kindergarten rooms.
Longstanding team with 10–15 years’ service and Centre Director with 12+ years’ sector experience.
Leadership team committed to quality and continuous improvement.
12 month fixed term contract.

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
