We are seeking passionate Passionate Lead Early childhood educators for positions located in our Centres located in the Northern Suburbs
This position will see the right candidate leading a small team of educators in a room. Reporting to the Nominated Supervisor. Experience in a similar role is essential
Successful applicant must have:
- MUST Hold a completed Diploma in Childrens Services and have had experience in similar role. (12 months minimum at least)
- Be confident dealing with parents and families on a day to day basis
- A strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF is essential
- Confident with planning and programming.
- Experience in leading and supporting staff. (not essential but preferable)
- Experience in leading a room is a MUST.
- Hold a current first aid certificate, asthma and anaplylaxis certificate
- WWC
- Extensive support will be provided.
