We're on the lookout for an experienced hospitality leader to take the reins of this high-volume, multi-faceted operation — a venue that offers real scope, real energy, and a genuine platform to grow your career.

OTE $139,000–$149,000 (base salary + Super + KPI bonus)

About the Venue

Morris House is a unique four-level CBD venue combining a bustling dining room, vibrant rooftop, live music, Melbourne's premier comedy venue, and a thriving functions and events business. Located on the corner of Exhibition and Little Collins Street, the venue delivers high-volume trade, standout entertainment and memorable guest experiences under one roof.

About You

We're looking for a Venue Manager who leads from the front, sets the pace on the floor, and knows how to dig into the data to drive real results.

You will bring:

3+ years' experience in a senior hospitality leadership role, ideally within a high-volume venue
Experience across food & beverage, functions and events
Strong leadership skills and the ability to set the pace for your team
Commercial awareness and a genuine data-driven approach to performance
A passion for delivering great guest experiences
