We’re looking for a mature, hands-on cafe team leader who can confidently run the floor and guide a small team. You’ll bring solid barista experience, a steady presence, and the kind of customer service that makes guests feel at home. This role is about setting the pace on the floor, supporting the team, keeping service smooth, and maintaining high standards across coffee, food and customer experience. We’re a fun, family-friendly cafe, and we value calm leadership, reliability, and someone who takes pride in their work. Must be available weekends. But usually only 1 day.
Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour
