With established operations in Brisbane and Melbourne and national expansion underway, we’re now looking for a senior Field Sales Manager to take ownership of a region and lead from the front.
This role suits an experienced sales leader who may have come from solar sales, charity door-to-door, telecoms, fundraising, or other face-to-face sales environments, and is ready to step into a higher-level leadership role with long-term upside.
This is not a desk-based management position. You’ll still be active in the field, setting the standard and driving results alongside your team.

The Role
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance and growth in your area by:
- Recruiting, training, and leading a face-to-face sales team
- Setting daily KPIs and performance standards
- Leading from the front — selling, coaching, and building momentum in the field
- Developing strong team leaders and future managers
- Creating a competitive, disciplined, results-driven culture
- Working closely with senior leadership on local expansion strategy
Note: This role is available in two Melbourne locations — South East and Western suburbs.
What We’re Looking For

- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales teams

- Comfortable being hands-on in the field
- Valid driver’s licence and local travel flexibility
