Join the Levy team delivering premium coffee service at the iconic Australian Open - ideal for experienced, energetic baristas with a team-player attitude
Be part of the action with duties extending into broader Food & Beverage service
Work at Melbourne Park during one of the world’s most exciting sporting events

With a love for trying new flavours and techniques, a sustainable mindset and a talented network of passionate foodies, Levy are in the business of serving great food and creating unforgettable experiences.

As a Barista with Levy at the Australian Open, you’ll be delivering high-quality coffee experiences to fans, corporate guests and VIPs across a variety of outlets. While your primary focus will be on coffee, you may also support the broader Food & Beverage operation during busy periods, assisting with general service and hospitality duties.

The Position

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages quickly and consistently
Operate commercial coffee machines with confidence and care, delivering friendly service to all guests with a focus on quality and efficiency
Support front of house teams with general F&B tasks including food running, clearing, and basic service duties
Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with food safety and hygiene standards
Work as part of a team to keep service flowing and guests happy

The Person

Have proven barista experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Understand coffee service standards and how to deliver a great guest experience
Are adaptable and happy to jump in to help with other Food & Beverage duties
Are team-focused, punctual, and presentable
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (this must be a Victorian RSA, or you must have a bridging course certificate).

Shortlisted candidates must be available to attend an in-person assessment session at Melbourne Park throughout August & September. These sessions are energetic, informative and a great way for us to meet you – and for you to get to know us!

These are casual contract roles that will commence Monday 5th October unless otherwise communicated. Please note that commencement of employment does not guarantee shifts from this date. Shifts will be allocated in line with operational requirements, with rostering for the Australian Open campaign commencing closer to the event. All onboarding and training will be provided prior to commencement.
