Carson Cafe in Pascoe Vale is looking for an experienced Barista / FOH All-Rounder to join our small, friendly team.
✨ Days: Wednesday – Sunday (including Friday nights & events)
✨ Experience: Minimum 2 years
Requirements
- Confident running the espresso machine solo during busy service
- Latte art skills essential
- Team player and true all-rounder
- Friendly, outgoing and able to create a great vibe with customers
- Strong work ethic & reliability
- Valid RSA
- Must be available to work Sundays
Duties
- Espresso preparation & service
- Counter service and running coffees
- Basic food handling (toasties)
- Waiting tables, dishes & cleaning
- Opening and closing solo when required
