In the role of Agribusiness Manager 2, Leave & Relief, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team that’s doubling down on winning together!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Put customers at the centre of everything you do, understanding their goals and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Build, manage and grow a portfolio of business banking customers and referral partners.
Provide trusted advice on business opportunities and risks, supporting customers with planning and growth strategies.
Proactively identify and pursue new business through networks, referrals and regional collaboration.
Own the end-to-end customer experience, including day-to-day servicing, transactions and compliance requirements.
Prepare and submit high-quality lending proposals and customer applications with sound credit assessment.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Experience in sales, business banking or lending, with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of credit.
A background in banking, finance or agribusiness, with a strong understanding of agricultural sector.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal partners.
A customer-first mindset, with the ability to identify needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, growth mindset with a drive to uncover opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Curiosity and initiative to identify efficiencies, improve processes, and contribute to team and business outcomes.
Flexibility, including mobility and willingness to travel where required.
