About the role
Bunge is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Management Analyst to join our Trade Services team in Melbourne.
Reporting to the Trading Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory records accurately reconcile with bulk handler stock positions across our network. Working closely with Trading, Logistics, Shipping and external bulk handlers, you will investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, maintain inventory integrity and support the efficient movement of commodities through the supply chain.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily stock reports and reconcile inventory positions across multiple bulk handlers
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Complete monthly stock reconciliations and ensure compliance with SOX requirements and reporting deadlines
- Manage stock adjustments, stock swaps, regrades and inventory movements within business systems
- Process inventory transactions, accruals and month-end stock activities accurately and on time
- Coordinate container packing reconciliations and support shipment closure activities
- Review and approve invoices relating to storage, stock movements and inventory transactions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reporting and operational efficiency
About you
- Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, logistics, supply chain or a similar analytical role will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage routine processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
