What we're looking for

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

Contemporary knowledge and skills in the provision of Speech Pathology services for adults with a variety of swallowing and communication impairments.
Excellent communication skills with clients, service providers and co-workers at all levels that enable the development of improved service delivery outcomes and effective relationships.
Ability to initiate, plan, implement, and evaluate local service improvement and/or research initiatives.
Proactive approach to own continuous learning / networking and shares information with the team to promote a learning environment.
Effectively prioritises and manages own time to meet and exceed patient/client expectations, with an enthusiastic, calm and flexible approach.

Mandatory Requirements

Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
Possession of a tertiary degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology is mandatory.
