About Rally
Rally delivers NDIS Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology with a team that actually talks to each other — shared notes and handovers on our own platform. The role
Under the direction of our OTs and Speech Pathologists, you'll run therapy programs with participants across Brisbane — a mix of telehealth sessions and mobile visits — supporting all ages.
Day to day
- Run OT and Speech practice programs with participants — online and on mobile visits across Brisbane
- Support participants to build skills and progress toward their goals
- Set up activities and resources for each session
- Keep clear notes and feed back to the supervising OT or Speech Pathologist

You'll need
- Cert III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, study toward an allied health qualification, or solid relevant experience — every level is welcome (with supervision, the NDIS doesn't mandate a formal qual)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete them)
- A Working With Children Check and national police check
- A current driver's licence and reliable car for community visits
- Confidence working both online and in person, plus an ABN
