Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for winning new business and building lasting client relationships?

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a growing and reputable commercial cleaning services company in Sydney. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated hunter who thrives on generating new business and wants to be rewarded with an attractive salary and uncapped commission structure.

You'll be responsible for identifying and securing new commercial cleaning contracts while developing strong relationships with key decision-makers across a range of industries.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial cleaning opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, strata managers, builders, facility managers, and corporate clients.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, client meetings, and industry contacts.
Conduct client meetings and site inspections to assess requirements.
Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on business development activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

✔ Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Account Manager, or similar sales-focused role.
✔ Experience in the commercial cleaning, facilities management, property services, or related industry will be highly regarded.
✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✔ A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
✔ Current Australian Driver's Licence.
✔ Full Australian working rights.
