About the role

You will manage your own portfolio, or step into one, while contributing to the continued growth of our expanding property management division.

Key responsibilities include:

Liaising with tenants, landlords and third parties
Managing and growing your portfolio
Conducting routine inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Leasing and tenant sign-ups
Managing arrears
Attending VCAT when required

Who we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years experience managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, or a confident Assistant ready to step up
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and organisational ability
Polished and professional presentation
A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to grow

Requirements:

Agent’s Representative Certificate
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Experience with PropertyMe, or the ability to quickly adapt to real estate software
