About the role
You will manage your own portfolio, or step into one, while contributing to the continued growth of our expanding property management division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and third parties
- Managing and growing your portfolio
- Conducting routine inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Leasing and tenant sign-ups
- Managing arrears
- Attending VCAT when required
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, or a confident Assistant ready to step up
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- Polished and professional presentation
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to grow
Requirements:
- Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Experience with PropertyMe, or the ability to quickly adapt to real estate software
