Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end logistics and fulfillment operations
Oversee warehousing, inventory, and distribution performance
Develop and implement supply chain and fulfillment strategies
Optimize shipping, delivery, and last-mile performance
Manage logistics partners, carriers, and third-party providers
Monitor KPIs including delivery time, cost efficiency, and accuracy
Improve order fulfillment workflows and operational processes
Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability across channels
Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and demand coordination
Manage import/export and domestic distribution processes
Drive automation and systems improvements in fulfillment operations
Resolve logistics issues and ensure timely escalation management
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams
Ensure compliance with transport, safety, and operational standards
Lead and develop logistics and warehouse teams
