Job Title: Hotel Porter (Casual / On-Call)

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Hotel Porters to join our team on a casual, on-call basis across multiple hospitality venues. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guest interaction, have a positive attitude, and are flexible with working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting guests with luggage and directions
Providing exceptional customer service at all times
Supporting front office operations when required
Maintaining cleanliness of lobby and public areas
Handling guest requests efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

Previous porter or customer service experience preferred (hotel experience highly regarded)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented with a professional attitude
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting luggage
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Valid Australian work rights
